Dave Nelson, MPSE
Supervising Sound Editor
Dave Nelson is a pioneer of digital sound. In 1989, he began working with software developers like Avid, Euphonix, and Dolby to integrate digital audio into film and music production. While he primarily works as a re-recording mixer, he has also mixed and produced several Grammy-nominated albums. His experience and creative thought process have made him a favorite among Bay Area filmmakers.

Karl Force
Music Production & Audio Post-Production Supervisor
Karl Force is a versatile producer, engineer, composer, and audio post-production supervisor, often working with a diverse array of filmmakers, artists, and musicians. Karl's expertise spans across sound design, original music, foley, and mixing, contributing to a wide range of film and media projects over the years with clients such as Apple TV, Netflix, Disney, Warner Brothers, and Amazon.

Miik Dinko
Supervising Dialog Editor & ADR Mixer
Miik Dinko’s strength as an engineer lies in his ability to “get inside the head of the director.” He specializes in audio enhancement, cleaning up dialog tracks with laser-like precision. In addition to his work as an editor, Miik has served as sound designer and re-recording mixer on numerous projects over the past twenty years. Miik instinctively knows what is needed for each project and delivers remarkable results every time.

Camille Hoffman
Post-Production Coordinator
Camille Hoffman began working at Outpost Studio SF as an intern in 2019. Now, she oversees daily studio operations, schedules sessions, and assists engineers during the recording process. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Communication from San Francisco State University and works part-time as a sound editor.

Desmond Shea
Audio Engineer & Systems Engineer
Desmond Shea brings over three decades of industry experience to Outpost Studio SF. As systems engineer, Desmond is responsible for implementing and maintaining the studio's technical infrastructure. He is an expert in navigating complex audio equipment and troubleshooting quickly and efficiently. He also has a prolific background in music production and engineering. Desmond's passion for sound has made him a valuable asset to our studio.

Doug Siebum, MPSE
Audio Engineer & Sound Editor
Doug Siebum has spent over twenty years in the entertainment industry. In addition to audio post-production, Doug has worked as a live sound engineer for clubs, concerts, music festivals, and sports broadcasts. He holds a master’s degree in Broadcast Communication from San Francisco State University. Whether it’s recording, editing, or mixing, Doug will find the right sound to fit your project.
